So they called me again this morning. My watch is supposed to be at Postnet tomorrow midday. Will be very interesting to see how this is going to work. Maybe it only records audio? Only time will tell...

Its the Mystery Shopper Program.

We did it when I was at MINI, a client calls firstly and they record the initial contact.

Then you go into the dealership and go through the process of buying a BMW or MINI. This is all video recorded.

They later play it back at the dealership, usually with the entire dealership present and a BMW employed service expert dude explains what you did wrong, what you did well and its basically a really awesome learning exercise.

Was great! :rollsmile:

Yep is happening all over. They also wanted to do it when booking in the Mini. But only wanted to pay R100.
Why PE always get teh short end of the stick.

LOL Well I think my wife is taking the car in so she could maybe say I am one. But it is maybe not far from the truth :p
