irritating diesel turbo delay

Hi. Can anyone please advise me or help me. I got a 320d e90. I travell to work and back daily with it with 4 passangers in the car. There is this hill in northcliff that I climb. When I am standing still and need to take off the car either switches off if I try to take off fast or I have to play with the clutch to make it move. But I can feel I am riding the clutch like that. Once it takes off its fine cause as soon as it gets to 2000 revs the turbo pulls fast. Its annoying cause the cars behind me get irritated. If I drive alone its takes off nicely. On small inclines its fine. Its just on a sharp incline with a load it doesn't take off as fast as I wish. Also if u turning and there is a car coming I have to worry how fast it will get to 2000 revs as take off is far slower. I'm looking for the least cost possible to fix this please. :thumbdo:

Is there any smoke before the turbo kicks in? Faults before the turbo kicks in could indicate MAF problems

I have a similar condition after having a brand new turbo and charge pipe fitted. Irritating as hell, and very uncomfortable when you plan to overtake, but not sure if there will be boost. In my case, the boost sometimes comes at 2k RPM, other times 2.5k. Hoping to have this checked out when my car goes for the next service.
