has anyone had this issue before lol

so, one of my friends has an E46 and his phone fell on the floor while driving. the phone then decided to move around and ended up in the floor air duct. Now the phone is stuck and refuses to come out. he tried removing it with a clothes hanger with no luck.

Any ideas???

It's happened to me before... NOT.

Is it under the seat? If so, why not remove the seat rather than using a hanger?

was thinking about removing the seat but was trying to avoid that.

Remember to disconnect the battery before removing the seat, or risk writing the vehicle off right there in the driveway.

You could always try asking Siri to climb out of there? :dunno:

or is this a new feature, where you sell the car, with complete iphone "fitted" under the seat as a carphone.

Just call it a built in iPhone carphone if you cant remove it.

Bmw e46
with iPhone iTrack rattle feature.

Drive around, and want to know if you taking turns too slowly........ dont hear the rattle..........

You are cornering too slowly.

Speed up champ, do you hear the rattle from under your seat.
That is a genuine Apple G-Force meter built in under the seat letting you know you are cornering as a BMW is engineered to corner.

It's only an i-phone, just leave it there and buy a new proper phone. :tiptoe:

Only problem comes in when he wants to resell his vehicle and the buyer finds out that there's an i-phone stuck in the car, expect to get very low offers.:tiptoe:

Samsungs are too fat and thick to fit into the airduct slot.

Samsungs cant give you that rattle in your seat like an Apple can.
