Howzit fellow fanatics,
Ever since I was a little boy I wanted to own a BMW. True to that I dream, I eventually ended up with it. So I registered on the forum some time ago, but I never have the time to post or even just browse the site (I am a trainee chartered accountant, studying part time too).:thumbdo:
Nonetheless, I am making time now. The first car I owned was a 91' Toyota Conquest Twincam RSi. My father was old school and therefore still believed in Toyota. I wont lie, it was a great car. :bravo: But I knew I what I wanted and a year later I sold it to buy my first BMW, a '97 318is Motorsport II in Dakar Yellow. That beauty turned heads wherever she went. Sadly 18 months later I was in an accident and she was a write-off.:fencelook:
When I was car hunting I wanted something with a bit more power, and I came across a 2006 330d Msport in manual back in 2016. Boy oh boy did she have power and then some. She was an absolute joy!
raise: I got married last year and I needed to free up some cash and my only option was to let her go around October.
Come December I bought a 2009 120d for my wife because we needed a set of wheels and I wanted another 330d but couldn't find a decent enough one at the time.
Roll forward to last week Saturday and there she was, a 2011 330d Msport in auto in white. For sometime this was my dream car, and this dream was now realized! :tiptoe:
I look forward to interacting with my fellow fanatics!
