Hi folks

I have registered an account almost 4 years ago, but have been lurking for quite some time. I wanted to post about a bmw in my ownership.

So, I am about to pull the trigger on a LCI E60 msport 530d steptronic. The car seems well looked after, but it seems to be a good idea to literally drive the car to someone who'll be able to do some preventative maintainance to ensure worry-free motoring from the start.

Please let me know what to take care of immediately when I go to pick her up. Pics will be uploaded after i take them myself upon taking ownership.

Thanks for reading.

Congrats on the new ride.
Not sure about what to look for immediately after taking ownership. But I would suggest you take it to BMW for a full check.

I took a picture, eventually. I'll probably go nuts with a better quality camera later, after a good clean but here she is. I need to give this car a name... It wont be Treasure, lol.

Welcome to the forum mate, that's mighty fine looking E60 you've got there my dad had the same one in that colour (except his was a 525i:thumbdo:) But from personal experience 3.0d BMW's are awesome, plenty of torque and low on consumption. Have pleasant trouble-free km's with her sir.
