I have emailed a few of your agents on your website and PM'd you and someone else asking for assistance with a flash but have received no response over a period of 12 days or so. Sherwin, Alistair, Lejuan, XCede CT and yourself with no response.

First time I emailed was the 29th of last month.

I have since take my car elsewhere for assistance

If you have a web presence with contact emails and PM options then be prepared to respond. Just like fax died in the 90's telephoning is dying now. All contact options should be monitored accordingly, I voted with my wallet because of no response.

Hi bud, my apologies for the lack of response and I hope you got served well in the industry. No excuse from my side. Our shop in Cape Town is not quite ready yet and now with the partnership with Rowen we are going to consolidate 2 shops into 1. I hope we can get a chance to make this up to you at some stage in the future and earn your trust back.
