Recently got a second hand E82 135i (black, coral red leather, manual) after my E39 was written off. Absolutely loving the car and its power delivery.
My car does not have a USB port for audio input, just the standard aux input. I want to use an ipod in the car (stored in the armrest) and I'm OK with just having the aux input and charging via the 12v socket under the armrest. My question is how can I neatly run the cables from the 12v and aux ports to inside the armrest? The armrest is a sealed unit with no holes in it for cables to enter / exit it. I'd rather not drill a hole through the bottom of the armrest. Anyone done some kind of clever installation that didn't involve cutting?
