Can anyone recommend affordable insurance companies for an e46 M3

I'm with Glenrand MIB for nearly 4 years now, no access and I pay R985.50 for my 2010 320D including excess waiver, car hire, my mags and finance charges.

these owes are tops,plus they work with Santam so you know its a good insurer,my 335i,household,all risks,excess waiver,car hire-R830:thumbs:

was paying 1200 before that only for household and car,excess was R3500

They are a bunch of crooks , my car got smashed by a drunk driver while it was parked unoccupied at my house 80k damage ,they fixed my car no problem but I had to pay excess as the flat nose who banged my car had no insurance they told me they would claim my excess back but after 6 months of waiting they said they were not pursuing it any further as the guy was staying in a shack and had no money its bull as he was charged with drunken driving and they should have sued his ass even if he paid R5 a month for the rest of his life.
Funny thing is my car took 3 months to get sorted out as the back quarter panel was imported and the car could not be cut until all the parts were there ,after 3 weeks the guys car was up and running and driving past my house again

Mi way can go get knotted never again!!

+1 on this. My mates new car (2 weeks old) got damaged by hail. Claimed from MiWay, they said no problem but that will be a R25K excess or 10% of value of the car. He's screwed either way so doing it privately..

Go with the tried and tested insurers, the likes of M&F, Santam, Hollard etc.
