I believe there is Insurance that can be obtained for engine parts even after the warranty period has expired
Does any one know about this & who I can contact

these policies suck dude,

Take the 20k you were going to spend on it, put it in the bank, and get a really good mac....

Try Bosch Maintainence Plan.....its not that bad and its much cheaper then the stealer. I had SA Warranties dam thats junk . Its something the dealers ask you to buy as they get a commission and the banks insist on older vehicles. Only good for roadside and towing you to a mechnic which you will pay as you find out they don't cover this and that........

You know the big problem is in this country and Im making reference to many secotors is they think you should just part with your hard earned cash for nothing..........:argh::fishwack::bangdesk::thumbdo:

really dont bother no one i know who has tried one of these will ever do it again... just keep a maintenance fund and save your money...

SA Warranties
For an additional fee you could have gotten a top up / gap cover on that package which pays an additional R11k on any mechanical repairs.
