Guys,

I am the first one to throw my toys out the cot when I get bad service, but like most of us I don't necessarily do the opposite when I get good service.

About 6 weeks ago I started using Brilliant Mechanical Workshop (aka M1Group) in Claremont. They have helped prepare my track car, done mechanical repairs on the 530d, serviced the M5.

I have found Rolf, Rick and Leticia to be Honest and that for me has been the best thing. Forget the fact that I can chat to them, get advice and the fact that office hours dont apply. The fact that they are honest, is what will keep me going back. They dont BS when they dont know something.

Thank you.

Big up to them! You think they could help me with the last few niggles on the 635??

I would bet they could bud, and the best part for me is that if Rolf cant, he will tell you straight up he cant.

Ok cool, maybe I should give them a call and discuss first before trying to trek through there! Glad to know there are some skilled guys out there who still believe in being honest and in good work!

Great stuff. So true that we always complain and never compliment. Hopefully you've started a trend that will help all the fanatics find good service

Big ups to them
It is so scarey that good service and honesty is scarce :nonono:
