Induction pipe modification TURBO

Hi guys I was out yesterday and came across a modification for the airflow .
I came across a turbo fan that sucks air as well as blows air into the airflow, now I was wondering if I were to
Take this turbo fan and connect it to my airflow meter and then to connect a induction filter to the turbo how much more power will that bring cause with a normal induction filter it sux one time but if I put this contraption together it will garenteed work very well like a turbo ......................
