Maybe an idea adding area od responsibility next to the emails ?

Then when u email, u can send the right query to the right person.

Not sure. Got them from someone else.

If you have a problem with a dealer, just spam them all and I'm sure someone will eventually get the idea that action needs taking.

There's hellopeter and the customer service emails, if you spam a partner you will get no feedback. And advising people to spam is not very admin like. Your mentality baffles me.
 
I cant remember who is who. Bodo was the CEO. Tim Abbott has since taken over as CEO

No not true, this was the only way after weeks of frustration, that my motorplan was reinstated after it was cancelled for the car having a parrot kit in, that was there when Leo Haese sold the car to me. customer service told me its not their problem, its between me and the dealership. Also BMWSA does not respond to hello Peter

I am here for the members of the forum, not BMW SA.

Your advice to Spam will not benefit members in any way. Spamming a complaint to some random email will never produce results, all it would do is get your email or even domain blocked.

Hence my request for areas of responsibility added to the list, else its a useless list imho.

True you have to be persistent. I have met some of the guys listed personally when I had been taken for a fool in the past with kuck on my F30 needless to say I am still driving the car with everything sorted :)

BTW Bono is no longer SA GM for quite some time.

What I found with companies that has a low to non-existent customer care policy, is that often you get the best results going to the Top dog, its worrying to hear he does not even respond.
