iDrive No Signal

Hello guys

I have a BMW F10 with the NBT headunit. I was importing songs from my USB to my car and the iDrive system froze, then it rebooted and I got No Signal on the screen since friday.
Went to BMW Auto Bavaria Midrand, they fully booked for the year. They did a quick diagnosis and said the HeadUnit is not communicating.

I am suspecting might be a software problem. Not sure it anyone on the group is able to assist.
They did check and they saw all cables are connected properly and no fews is burnt.

I did all the hard resets advise I saw online and nothing seems to work.
My Rear Entertain DVD works, my HUD works

Disconnect the negative battery cable and reconnect after 5 min and see if that resets it.

Have you checked the fuses, check bith for the head unit and amp
