Identify this plug please

Hi Guys

My remote key does not work and the led light in the console never comes on. Central locking works fine

While trying to troubleshoot and looking for fuses and stuff I found a seperate unconnected wire under the drivers side dash(steering side) - Blue/grey wire brown plug





Also Does anyone have a chart for these relays ? or know what they are for?
