Guys its as simple as this. We have some Fanatics visiting from outside the province who expressed interest in meeting up with fellow fanatics. We would like to show them some hospitality by meeting up with them and spending some quality time with like minded people.
What happens thereafter on the roads is up to you. If you want to race or whatever then thats your thing. BMWFanatics has no involvement in that. There was no mention anywhere in this thread about police presence. Somewhere somebody is taking something said in jest in a private Whatsapp conversation out of context. (Ever heard of the broken telephone game?)
There is a charity event the next morning which I feel is a really worthwhile cause and I personally am going to make the effort to attend both. Arbee has worked damn hard to make that event happen and he should be proud of what he's achieved thus far.
I understand that perhaps this event may have an effect on the Charity event. I really hope it doesn't. One also has to remember I guess that we're a large group and every one has different schedules going on. This means some may be able to attend one event and not the other. But really, I urge you to attend the charity event too, its going to be something really special.

This is my big issue right now. Why the F*** is stuff being leaked out of a private staff whatsapp group. This is what happens. One person says something in jest. That gets leaked and it turns into one massive f*** up.
