Even with contacts at BMW it wont. If i am not mistaken they read of the cars ECU (Faults, Map etc) and send that to BMW MP to do the change of Ownership.....

It more than likely is under plan......until it goes to BMW for a service or change of motorplan inspection, then it will no longer be under motorplan.
