On my old 323i e46 I had to force the butterfly open - it was completely stuck and still is, but in the open position. The car now feels like I just did a turbo upgrade Can't think why I never thought that the butterfly might be faulty in the 7 years that I owned the car.:thinking:
Other options are;
a freeflow system, but I am not sure if BMW agents support this under MP. Most propably not, and you don't want to take chances that if something goes wrong (motorwiase that is) the FF system will get blamed,
and a decat option.

FF definitely made a huge difference on my old 3L Nissan V6. The sound was awsome and the power difference was not as great as what I currently feel on the Bimmer.

true that, i had FF on most of my other cars but for now, i think i will hang on and just research a bit more for now.
