How to change the profile to show fuel ups and images of your car at the bottom?

Hi Guys

Maybe a very silly question,

but how the hell do I add my fuel ups to my signature or at the bottom of my posts.

And how do I add an image of my car at the bottom as well?

I have tried and really don't know...lol
