I admire the ingenuity, however,I wonder how many NCAP stars.

I don't think it would be possible to get an NCAP rating with a "one-of-a-kind" car. Crash tests would not be possible, you'd need to build multiple cars for that.

I think it also takes away from his achievement. This is where investors needs to come in and they build prototypes, which can then be put through NCAP safety tests. But for one guy building this on his own, it's not possible.
