HK Speakers

Wsup people. This may have been posted elsewhere but cant seem to find it...

I've the HK sound system in my 320i. The BMW website and everywhere that i have researched says it is 16 speaker system. I've counted 12 in the car - 2 on each door, 2 under the front seats and 2 on the back board. That makes 12. Anybody knows where the other 4 are and where the amp is installed?

Is there not one in the middle of the dashboard. Amp should be in the booth where the shuttle normally is. Just guessing I know that's where my amp is. And I know my car has a speaker in the dash.
