Whew Guys,
I had the yellow temperature warning light come on on my BMW 325i E90.
About 300 metres further the Red temperature light came on.
Pulled off at the garge and filled water.
Cooled down and after about 10kms same situation.
Took the vehicle to BMW and they reported that after doing diagnostics and pressure test found that one of the hoses had a tiny hole and the replaced it and the sensor. They had done a bleeding of the system and further pressure test and found all in order including that the water pump and auxillary fan was fine.
They informed me to monitor the vehicle????????
The same day after driving for about 10 kms the problem resurfaced.
What must I do now?
Am stressed really
