Sweet ride, enjoy her. Best mags for the standard look imo.

Thanks man. Searched specifically for the 162 Elipsoids when i was looking to buy.

Another awesome OEM wheel is the 132 from an old X5...those 19's on an E90 is beautiful

Small update:

Took a cool snap late one afternoon a while ago

Few days later a fella in his Polo thought it fit to skip a busy intersection and this happened. He also found it fit to stay on the other side of the Polo from me at all times because needles to say, i was a tad upset
Damage was basically new bonnet, new light(s), new kidneys, new cradle, new bumper, new bumper slides

I saw this as a blessing in disguise because the car had alot of road rash and stone chips from highway driving.
At the same time I sourced some Halogen angel eye headlights to update the front a bit
This is how she looks now, all new shiny nose (so beautiful without plates)

Most recent damage was a pothole. New rim and 2 tyres on the way...

Cheers

Currently doing 80% town driving, and standing on the loud pedal every now and then, so I'm averaging 11L/100km
Highway driving i get approximately 8L/100km

Yep, that sounds about right! These cars can be moderately heavy on fuel in town driving and hate standing still while idling! But on the open road they can sip fuel and have great flexibility. And yes, the loud pedal can also be a problem!

See here, seems it is at 10L/100km currently

That's very good overall average consumption! When CAR magazine originally tested the 330i, the fuel index at the coast was around 10.7 l/100 km which is pretty good for this car. Inland it should be slightly more efficient when cruising thanks to the reduced air friction.

So this is the pothole in question, and 1 of the 2 new tyres and the new rim...
All sorted now at least
