LOL - i was looking at the DTC button this evening and was seriously tempted to turn it off, but my 200sx drifting days, and the accidents i've had on the road too, have taught me that its probably wiser for me to leave it on!!!

so i took delivery this afternoon/evening... and to say i'm satisfied is such an understatement. i'm well impressed by this vehicle, so much better than all my previous vehicles.

i also found out it has another option that i didnt know about before purchase - the extended lights package (i think thats what its called). last night i was even thinking about retrofitting it, but i've got it already. so chuffed!!!

i'll try to get some pics this weekend and put them up. but i might not have time cos i'll be in the car the whole time.

There is a skidpan day at zwarkops raceway about once month (on the same day as the super trax days), that should give you the chance to try out what your car can do in relative safety.

my kids love spur... the play area, the ice-cream, etc

i love their spiced gold and cokes!!! ok, ok, i dig the ice-cream too!!! LOL.

@sankekur, yeah i remember that skidpan. did a merc advanced driving course (refresher) and we used the c55 amg's on the pan. was awesome how much difference the driver aids make to the cars behaviour! other than that ive done quite a few laps of the actual track. i quite like that one!

That is cool, just remember that if your car is still under motorplan to to cover up or remove whichever applies anything that can identify your car, as BMW motorplan doesn't like it and they sometimes have guys there to see if there are under motorplan cars having fun.
