As every member on this site I am a big BMW fan. I have owned a couple of standard bmw's including a E30 320i Coupe and E36 325i. I have always liked the E46 shape the most since it was first launched in SA. Rather than going out and buying a M3 I wanted to do something a bit different, instead of going out and buying a monster I want to create my own individual one.
And so my story begins. Earlier this year a set about finding a abused BMW e46 coupe that has some good life still in it. I bought a bank repo that was in a terrible state and over the past year I have build it up to be something special. I still have a long way to go as most of the work was only cosmetic. I repainted the car, fixed up the motor, dropped the suspension and installed a new interior to name but a few things.
I am planning on installing a M62 motor during the next year and after that I might look at installing a set of turbos to give it the edge that I am looking for.
