I think MattQ's comment was extremely biased. Its a type of small dick feel better comment, the type that comes from someone that is real tall but skinny as hell :excited: The proof of this is that he quotes the E46 M3's used price and the price of a brand new M3 when we all know you can get one now for the mid R500k's when the E46 M reached I think R500's before being discontinued.:clap:

Interesting comments in this thread :)

The E92 (not E90 - these are for old family men wannabes.) in this video has one of the best induction sounds. Like the E46 CSL. The E46 4 pipe had this shitty tinny sound for some reason.

Na... The E46 driver has a different look to a E90 Driver.

E90 owners are usually pretty boys and girls. The Zac Efron type. The Pantene Conditioner type. The wet wipes in the boot type.

LOL. Remember when the E46 owners were like that once. When a stock new E46 cost R545k. And the rest of us couldn't afford the R180k for a 318i :)

Seems like E46 drivers have a complex abt their 8 yr old cars and have to constantly defend themselves.... your cars are old and are replaced by better cars (fact not opinion)... get over it!!!

E90 > E46 anyday, all day :)

+1 Hated that raspy noise.

That said, you E92 lovers have all got the Britney Spears complex. Among peers you all say she (the E46) is ugly and can't sing to save her life, but in the back of your head, you know you'd still hit it with megaforce. :)

Me, I'm an E69 man - half way between an E46 and E92.

I'd still like to see the clip of the guy in a 300k E46 M3 handing out a hiding to the prat in a 850k E90 M3... mwahahahaha!!!!

I'm talking stock vs stock of course...

E46 drivers by comparison are generally younger, cooler, taller and hung like donkeys in Springtime

I tend to agree with the younger part of your observation, in fact E46 M3 owners are cry babies, going so far as to asking/demanding that the V8 M3s be put into a different class for our Gauteng BMW trackdays because they are taking away all their trophies.

These well hung guys are bragging in the pits with their hot chicks while the fat old farts are putting up the fast times.

I love that tone !!!

E46 4pipe is a great and fun car to drive if compared to the E90 IMO.

E46 > E36 , but not agreeing with E90 > E46

But thats just my opinion....to those that hate their E46s , please im looking for one pm me
