Does your phone pick up the Bluetooth signal? Do you have the correct code? The code is written on the module which is under the boot carpet. You may have to undo 4 small bolts to get the code.
Its best to have the dealership sort it out. And do it asap. Good luck I hope they come to the party. Otherwise threaten with legal action.EMJAY said:DieselFan@TheFanatics said:Hi emjay the dealership should actually sort it out. Was the car advertised with navigation?

Hello, yes it was advertised with navigation, and they tried connected my phone to the bluetooth but my phone wasnt picking up the signal from the car. I will go back to the dealership and get them to sort it out, its just taking so long.

Look at this website and see which one matches your Navigation screen.

The newer navigations use HDD for their maps and no more DVD's. Oh yes, yours should be DVD's and not CD's. But check and let us know.
Did you buy the car from BMW or from another dealer? Sounds more like from another dealer if you have these problems.
