Hi guys,

My E90 320i M-sport went for a service about 2000km's ago, yesterday as i pulled up to a garage i decided to check the oil, bear in mind there's no dipstick and the only way to check it is using to system diagnostic check, which is a load of crap i say, nevertheless, the reading showed quarter! so i threw in a pint and after some driving it went to half and says OK, this morning it's on three quarters,

Now what?

do these cars really burn oil? or them sensors are :floggin:

If its under motorplan, I would strongly suggest taking it in and having BMW either explain exactly how the whole thing works (if you can call it working) or fix it if its broken.

was your car on an incline or slope when you checked the level?
Dono if the electronic sensor will be effected by this?
