Help with checking details on a car.

Hi all

I bought a 335i in March now long story short it kept trowing out errors and now 4 months later the dealer is giving me a choice of keeping the gold car, settling it or taking a bit more expensive 2011 330d (M sport). Not really an M sport already checked and double checked with BMW it does have the sports seats and steering wheel but not the full M sport package. Now what they couldn't give me is the history of the car as the dealer will need to do that on my behalf.

There in lies my problem I don't 100% trust them to give me the truth.

Are there still people that can help me with something like that?

I would say Bite the bullet and go the 330D Route.

In the past I just emailed all the dealers with the VIN. Most would reply they don't give out details, but you always get that 1 person, sometimes even from the same dealer where others said no, that helps you out.

Try Clearwater BMW. They helped me after other dealers refused.
