What's wrong with the rubber, bad fitting or damage? Best check it before you buy, sometimes just a push here and there can sort out binding problems. Take a butter knife, run it inside the track, and press everything in, making sure in sits tight in it's seat, especially the lower sections inside the door. Have cured a couple this way, worth a try. Good luck!

Thanks when I get a chance I might try that, I did have it checked and it was pushed in but as the window runs down past halfway it gets very tight and then puts strain and causes to pop out , we did put silicone spray which it feels much smoother but at the bottom sometimes it runs fine then sometimes its a bit hard thus causing it to pop. Is there anyone that specializes in this type of stuff that could do it for me ? I'm not very handy and don't want to fiddle and the guy that did check for me is very busy and doesn't have time.
