Help please--Fan activating frequently

Hi Guys
Please advise ..
My M135i's fan is coming ON more than usual, this been going on for bout 2 days now..
Especially when i "give it horns"...lol, then the fan "runs" for a while..this has not happened in the past..
Would love to send it in to BMW, problem is im using it to go on vacation tomorrow..
Is it anything to be concerned of?

Hi Iiceman

Could be a thermostat fault, goes into emergency mode. It has a BSD data line which could indicate a issue, would need to connect it to a diagnostic computer to see.

Sounds like a waterpump or thermostat issue
