Help needed with warning light!!!!!!!!!!

Will first change the tyre and then take it for a diagnosis....don't now if it is in safe mode or not.....

When I bought the car, 2 new tyres were put on the front.

After 40,000km, the rears were totally shot and the fronts were down to the markers.

I will ensure that the tyres are rotated every 5,000km from now.

Also, I am told that inflating with nitrogen will improve life of tyres as the tyres do not get so hot.

We will see.

nitrogen does near to nothing air already has alot of it in... i was thinking if you are wearing the outer edges of your tires you should put more camber on

what size is your spare? maybe pop that on and see if there is another problem also of if its just the tire size...

Okay so found the problem and also fixed it....the cable of the "electronic engine feul management regulator" were broken so the regulator were not working and put the engine in a "safe mode",there for the asc+t light on.....went to Bosch and they said it is discont. and must go to bmw agents....went there and it cost R6000.00 ect. vat......so made a new cable for R40.00.....fit it onto the regulator and then to the engine....started the car and the light went dead....

So not the wheels making the problem but the regulator......Thanx for all the help guys.....hope someone else read this and can use it in futher to fix their car......
