Help Needed:R53 electric window problem

hi guys .this morning i opened my window all the way down and now it doesnt go up.i heard a pop noise when is opened fully.i stripped the door panel and everything appears to be intact,i can hear the motor turning but the window is not moving.i managed to close the window manually .any help is much appreciated...

sooomething "popped' and actually broke/ "let go" i would assume... it LOOKS ok , but might have a spline or something spinning loosely inside something that should be turning (sorry i cant comment as i havent seen these things inside)

sorry man, I'm here in PTA. are there any youtube vids showing similar issues (sometimes youtube and google come up with alot for DIY fixes.)
