Help me find a part number

I suck at these things...

Just realized that a cover seems to be missing on the rear bumper on the 1M.

The rear bumper has 2 slits on either end, and there is a black plastic piece that is counter sunk into these slits, if you stand behind the car its piece of the left side. I tried google, but can't seem to find it.

The only dealer I called believes it part of the bumper, it can't be? I doubt many people have had these it issue so it's not a popular search on the net?

Any help will be appreciated. I will call a few more dealers in the interim.

Part Number 9 ...looks close

But not sure if its the right part, looks more like the mounting bracket and the piece, the cover I'm looking is a straight plastic piece, wonder if its not sold as part of the bracket
