Help in need of an E93 battery in Cape Town, best places?

Hi Guys,

My battery died today, please can you recommend a place i can take the car to in Cape Town.
I am not from Cape Town.

Apparently, the battery needs to be coded/registered? Is that right?

Hi, i got one for my f25 X3 two years ago from Battery Centre iirc and they put a temporary battery on the charge terminals to keep the info intact. I know it is important to have the battery coded to the car but you can drive it like that until you get home and have it done at your local dealership or one of the guys on the forum that has the tools.
