From what I understand if you have all the right parts the manual swap on a e30 is pretty much just auto box out manual box in.

Im actually from capetown,unfortunately(and correct me if im wrong) its hard to find honest help here, Im thinking the manual conversion will be a good start,if i lower the car,would it be advisable to go 40mm or more? Furthermore are any of you got contacts in capetown who can help me out
