hi guys

i have an m135i late 2013

Car has driving great but over the past few months, the car in terms of drive has been questionable. funny to try explain but it feels as though the suspension is loose. car feels like its rolling alot. going over speed bumps or uneven roads highlights the issue.
if anyone is in the sandton area in the week im begging you to come take her for a drive as this is concerning now. i have taken the car to JSN who have given me shocking service.

Wow that sounds strange man, Id love to help but i have ZERO experience with these cars.

Take it to another Dealer for a second opinion.

Hmm when you say loose... From the steering like it's not responding well? Also is there a knocking noise when you go over bumps? They essentially need to reset/tune the suspension settings again IMO. If there is a knocking noise then they need to strip it and see if something is worn?

steering wheel feel is ok. i definitely will send it in and have them check the suspension and drivetrain.

Who at JSN has been giving you terrible service?

I was under the impression that the service there was decent. Never been there myself, but that's what I've heard and read.

I suspect rear suspension then... Do you corner the car hard very often? I think it just needs to be re adjusted.

Wrong tyre pressures?

Recently my car was feeling skittish and squeamish when hitting bumps in the road. Wife started mentioning that car is driving crap. Any small imperfection in the road, especially on a bend would unsettle the car. Also thought bushes, suspension etc.

Now I pump my tyres every time I fill up but with the mileage I do that could be anything from 2 - 3 weeks apart. Had the car filled today and tyres pumped up. Car is back to normal again and driving the same route home was a pleasure again.
