Help: E92 M3 Manual Purchase

Hi, hope this is the correct section, friend looking at buying an e92 m3, 2012 model but manual, with full motorplan etc.

Is manual really a bad buy or must he look for dct ?

Getting at a good price, so he thinks.

Please assist.

Personally I love the manual, dct is a lovely box n many would debate this but it's all down to preference and mine is all M cars should only come in manual

What's a good price for a 2012 model manual? Reason I ask cause most of the later ones are DCT.

Its a 2012 Competition pack, around 60 000kms, very clean car and going around r570-, apparently retail is just over R600k
