If the quality check has been done the MP should be on your name.

Okay so I found out its the old tracking device,the beeping doesnt happen if i start after pressing the button.now just to find and remove it

So I got myself a 2nd hand 135i Beem last week with 86k km on it... Have been loving the car since day one, except when I took delivery the problem didnt happen.

Its an N54 2008 Model.

Everytime I start the car or even just "on" the ignition,after about 5min it makes a quick beep,and then 20seconds nothing followed by a loooooong beep for about another 20seconds.

Its different than any of the warning gongs for ice and seatbelt.and I cannot find anything on google or youtube.

Please help

Before anybody asks, theres some pics


Had quite the same problem on my 1er after I bought it
until I wash the car that weekend and realised there was a remote in the cabbie, I pressed it once, was looong beep , then again and no beep ever again
turned out to be a netstar tracking device, I had a tracker fitted in it a week later and the guy that did my installation confirmed it
maybe it could be the same with yours
