Heli coil

Howzit guys

I have a heli coil issue with my spark plugs

Has anyone experienced the same issue and can you recommend someone that I can use

Normally we use a heli-coil to replace damaged screw threads , mostly in steel items . Imho you will have to take the head off and any competant engineering workshop should be able to do the job . You could have an aluminium insert made with the internal thread the same as the sparkplug's thread . The spark plug thread in the cylinder head is drilled out and a larger diameter thread is tapped , the insert is made to match and screwed in . Good luck .
