Heavy coolant leak F10 530d

I have a 2012 F10 530d with a heavy coolant leak. I saw the light today while driving from shops, about 3km from my place. When I got home there was steam coming from the engine bay. I let it cool down, topped with water, ran the engine & then saw a flood literally flowing from somewhere in the engine. The reservoir bottle was nearly empty after running the car for 5 minutes. I couldn't figure out where exactly it was coming from. The engine seems to be running fine but the water drains so quick. I serviced the car recently in December 2019 where they topped coolant. I searched the whole forum but couldn't find any previous post.

Can anybody please help with information on what the problem could be & how much fixing could cost me? I have pasted some pictures below, i hope they can be of some help.

So i found the leak, it's coming the bottom end of the oil filter housing. This just looks like a huge & costly problem to fix.

Only thing I can think of is a water pump that has died.

It is a costly repair

Thank @Peter@AEW. Looks like this connector pipe that goes to the head think its called a flange but don't know if there is anything more than that. There huge crack on the side facing the oil filter that's why i thought the leak was coming from the housing.

Can you fill it up with water and see if it comes out the housing from a cracked area?

Try and use some compressed air to dry the wet areas if possible.

1.Get the pipe from goldwagen or from the dealer
2. You will have to remove the intake manifold..u might as well clean the soot-out..(F10 diy intake carbon cleaning..Google it) it is not a 10mins job that

If you have tools n patience you will do it..

Goldwagen don't have thermostat currently..but they do have water pump, the one you have might have plastic impeller..after market has metal impeller...

Nice job!
