If you're planning to upgrade, try and use the projectors too. Chat to vsomai on the forum who may be able to help you out.

Each headlamp has 2 adjustment points, which you should be able to spot easily once you open your bonnet. They are typically white and need a Phillips screwdriver for adjustment. One adjustment point is for height, the other is for horizontal movement. My suggestion is to park about 10-20 meters away from a wall and adjust till you get them right.

Here's a guide:

Sorry it's not for a BM, but the procedure is similar.

There are 3 main components to do this. It's not just a bulb swap.

1) Xenon ballast
2) Xenon bulb
3) Decent projector

Wherever, you do get it done make sure you get part 3, else you end up blinding other cars.

As an interim measure, also consider Osram Nightbreaker Plus globes. They are halogen globes that are a direct swap with existing ones, but much brighter (but not as bright as xenons). Also don't buy any cheap "xenon" look globes - they are usually not worth it.
