Harsh gear change on DCT e82

Hi All
I have a 2013 e82 135, clutches and flywheel changed under plan on car,
after getting the car back i have noticed that on spirited drives on certain gears, there is a very harsh change to the next gear where the vibration is felt in the cabin throughout the car
This only happens in a few gears and not through out the range
I have sent the car back to the dealership, no error codes picked up and was told the clutches were reset, problem still persists
Sent the car back again, fine for a day and it comes back
Car is not out of plan but i believe that the job is still under warranty
Has anybody else had this on a DCT after changing clutches?
Ive never had this issue on the car before?
Could a fluid change be needed? Software patch for the DCT?
Any suggestions ?
Forgot to add, no mods, bone stock

Which dealer is Durban are you using? My advice to you, book the car with Umhlanga and chat to Shilesh when you drop the car off

Is servicing necessary on the DCT boxes?

Yes, i believe so. i am aware there are tolerences etc, but no oil is "LIFETIME OIL" as stated.

I was quoted by JSN R5500 to do the DCT oilpan replacement on the E92. got huge discount, but ill definately do it with them.

has no other forum member had this issue on their dct?
One forum member has PMd me stating a similar issue, stating it could be something related to the cooling system as its linked to the tranny somehow
I have had the waterpump and radiator changed around the same time as well
