If you cruise at 100 or 120 Kmh on the highway and reset the consumption, what do you get at constant speed? It should be around or under 10L/100Km If it's more there's a problem if it is about 10 then it's just the heavy foot.

Drove to Stellenbosch and back to Paarl twice today.

Not minding my right foot but only minding speed cameras, bends and other road users, I have an average use of 14.4l/km as it stands?

I will do the test as you showed above and post the result.

I am using a lot of juice in town driving (to school, back, to work, to school, back etc.)
