Would like to use same as then its cheaper :) but with either STD suspension or a slight drop so therefore it wont cause rubbing/touching

Andrew i am currently running 25mm spacers all round with 15" wheels and they are perfect :)

my guesstimation would be that at 10-15mm spacer should not rub with 245 at the rear... you should be able to go with a 20mm if you running 225 all round, but it is always better to measure if you wan a perfect fit because its very difficult to calculate because different rim sizes mean different sidewall shapes...

I would say 20mm will push the 15" out enough to make it worth while and make 225/17" fit perfect at the back... or touch slightly :fencelook:

So 20mm all round would be good for now, so my shopping list grows

when you lowered you might decide larger tires on the back are a good idea if you dont already have the spacers you will have the chance to change your mind :)

Dont know if I want bigger wheels as bigger tires = more $$$ :)

happy with the 15's for now..

would not mind fitting a different tire size on the 15" rim, something that would make acceleration faster :)

wider 15" tires cost the same or more than 17" :(

15" wheels weigh considerably less than 17" my wheels weigh about 16kg less than oem 17" wheels they say you an multiply rotational savings by 10 so potentially a huge boost to acceleration :)

Moranor i'm interested in 10mm spacers but i have a couple of questions :=):

Most after market wheels, well those that i've come across anyway, have a bevelled inner lip.The pic below is the rim that i have on now.Do H&R cater for these bevelled lips?

One more thing i don't understand. The e90's and e92's lip on the hub measures about 12.5 mm if i'm not mistaken. Is it even possible to fit a 10mm on there?

my oem wheels have a bevel :fencelook: the H&R spacers are designed to work with oem rims...

12 or 15mm spacers are a better thickness to clear the lip if possible i would fit those...

My oem's don't.I found this H&R 10mm pic on the net and it didn't make sense to me:

But looking at the 10mm you posted that looks perfect.10 + approximately 2mm and then the bevelled 5mm.Should fit like a glove.

Thanks for clearing that up.I'll pm you shortly..

I have seen Miss Sophie (Pre LCI E90 330d) use 15mm spacers in the front on 224/45/17 and 20mm spacers at the rear on 255/40/17. They looks awesome.

Im actually considering the same for my car. Or maybe ill go 15mm all round.
