I have found these globes on eBay, and apparently they have had good reviews:

This is just the bulb right? No rings? It looks like it just replaces the park bulb in the headlight it seems.

HELLAS, the e9x and e8x with angel eyes have a light box type setup, so all you do is change the globe and you effectively change the colour/intensity of your angel eyes.

I thought it must be something like that then. Similar to E60.
