Grommets bonnet badge e46

Hello
I bought a badge for my bonnet in PTA, but it didn't come with the two grommets. I damaged one of the original grommets when i removed the damaged badge. Where can i get grommets and what sort of glue do i use to stick the badge to the bonnet?

Agents for the grommets
No glue as it is a friction fit if the badge has 2 little pins or silicone if it has 2 indentations
