Hi Guys,

In a few short weeks I'll be a first time BMW owner (although I grew up with several in the family). Having been a big time Subaru fan which ended in cracked pistons and lots of lost $$$ and a temporary stint in a Merc:flyfun:, I've ordered an F21 M135i manual in estoril blue.

I'm really impressed with the car and the level of performance it brings and hopefully the first of many BMW's...

The car was ordered in October and I was lucky to get a build allocation that went into production a few days after I specc'd it. Its on the boat now and the lady at sandton auto reckons it will be about 3 weeks...so holding thumbs

Really? I guess they are both driver's car albeit very different.

The m135i is one the first cars in that price range that I've driven that put the same smile on my face that my STi did (well up until the point the ring lands broke... and it started puffing smoke out the back)
