I would definitely prefer a 125i M Sport to the new GTI. Actually, I'm making my order pretty soon...just need to decide: Alpine White, Estoril Blue or Valencia Orange...??? *sigh*

In my personal opinion, I can appreciate a good car and the work someone has put into it but personally the 1 series has no appeal to me but that's just me...:thumbs:

only mark against the 1 in my book is the face but i think they will fix it when the LCI comes out...

After owning a VAG and loving it, even the 125 I replaced it with is better by far. The M135 would be miles ahead.

IF the GTI was the bench mark the MK 1 was then i would see the appeal but there is plenty to choose from in this class now...as in the vid i posted... nothing wrong with the GTI but also no real Fizz from it...
