glass primer

Does anyone know where I can purchase a glass primer (to put on the car's rear window)

This is required before attaching the ACS roof spoiler, as the betalink glue does not adhere well to the glass without the primer.

What about glass etch? This will roughen the glass for any decent epoxy to stick.
