GIZMO Workmanship & Work Ethic

Hi Guys

Last week I had an issue with my car(Z4M), a slight vibration. I immediately called A1exander for his advice. A1exander as always, was there to assist at the drop of a hat and provided guidance on the factory defect with Andy1GP :clapper:

A1exander recommended that the car get taken to Gizmo, to be honest I was not very happy with the idea at first but was reassured by A1exander and Andy1GP.
:withStu:

My car was towed to Gizmo's place, I immediately noticed how cautious he was when lowering my car from the flat bed. I messed him around with the type of bolts that I would like to use, stopping at his place at odd hours to drop off bolts. I sms'ed him and always received a reply, he never contradicted himself once, provided false information or did not stick to his time commitments.

I have been told numerous times that I am a very fussy customer and get annoyed when my car is abused.

Gizmo has the same sort of X factor that you look for, a passion for what he does and the love of the brand. A1exander has the same qualities and I would not think twice of leaving my car with these guys and will definitely use them every time I have a problem again.

Call this a review if you may will, I am annoyingly fussy with my car and these guys satisfy my high expectations.

Thank you :ty:

I thank you Sirhan for your kind words. You have a lovely motor vehicle there, now the wife wants one. Lol
I'm super anal about my cars too and treat customers cars like I would like my own to be treated.
Most flat bed operators don't have all the extra blocks and stuff to load/unload low cars without damaging their front spoilers. I do that for all customers cars who arrive on flatbed trucks. I don't want to be the guy to tell the customer that the tow truck driver has just ripped off his front bumper so I make damn sure it doesn't happen on my watch.

The challenge your car gave me was extracting the snapped off bolts in the block, with the steering rack and column out the way I had just enough space to get my dremel in there to drill a hole and use the easy out to extract the bolt remains.
Happy travels Sirhan and have a great xmas/new year oh and don't forget to book her in with A1exander for shims and vanos work. Chat to you later.
